REQUEST FORM
Submit a Franchise Business Outline to Papa John's.
This outline should include a resume and fully completed Request for Consideration Form for each member of your group, as well as your plan on how you would fund the development of each Papa John's restaurant under consideration. Supporting financial documentation will also be requested. Please do not include any projected sales volumes or proformas, which will not be accepted, reviewed or considered by Papa John's.
An FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) will be sent to you for your review.
Please return the signed FDD receipt page to us at your earliest opportunity. The receipt page is located at the end of the document. In addition, we encourage you to contact existing Papa John's franchisees to discuss sales volumes, operations, profit margins, etc.
Guest Visit
A representative from Papa John's will schedule a Guest Visit for you at our world headquarters in Louisville, KY. During that visit, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the Papa John's system.
Approval Process
Your request to franchise with Papa John's will be reviewed by our Franchise Review Board for approval.
Enter into an Agreement
If approved, you would work with your franchising director to finalize your Development Agreement and become a Papa John's franchisee!
